Summary of Project and Key Findings (for public disclosure):
This project was reduced to a technoeconomic analysis of the processing of blueberry juice pomace into high value anthocyanin extracts. It found that the process was likely to be profitable with the volumes produced by the customer currently and the different methods would have vastly different production costs but may yield similar final products. It suggested that it is worth proceeding with further research and commercialisation of these products.
